Which Service Are You Looking For?

We offer two different ways to work with us depending on whether you want your childcare booked and managed through Susie's, or prefer to find your own long-term nanny for a direct arrangement.

Babysitting with Susie's

Babysitting

CZK 399 per hour

Additional rates & possible surcharges

Senior / specialised nanny CZK 449/hour

3rd or 4th child + CZK 50/hour per child

Last-minute booking within 24 hours + CZK 350

For babysitting ending after 10:00 PM, a contribution towards the nanny's taxi fare of approximately CZK 200–300 may apply. For locations more than 30 minutes by public transport from Prague city centre, an additional travel fee applies depending on the location, with a minimum charge of CZK 200.

For occasional and regular babysitting booked, paid for and managed through Susie's.

Minimum booking length is 3 consecutive hours.

We cannot guarantee a replacement nanny in every situation, but in most cases we are able to arrange one. These ongoing services do not apply to our long-term nanny placement service.

Traditional Nanny Placement

Looking for Your Own Long-Term Nanny?

Not every family wants their ongoing childcare to be booked and managed through an agency. If you prefer to find your own long-term nanny and work with them directly, we also offer a traditional long-term nanny placement service.

One-Time Placement Fee

Equivalent to one agreed monthly salary of the nanny

Minimum placement fee: CZK 10,000

The fee is paid once for the successful placement of one specific nanny.

Replacement Guarantee

If the selected nanny does not prove to be the right fit and your family ends the arrangement within the first month from the agreed start date, we will carry out a new search and placement without charging an additional placement fee. If the nanny herself ends the arrangement within the first two months, we will also provide a replacement search without an additional placement fee.

Susie's Is Still Here as Your Backup

If your regular nanny is ill, on holiday or otherwise unavailable, you can still contact us for occasional cover.

Families who have completed a long-term nanny placement with us within the previous 6 months receive 10% off our standard occasional babysitting rate for replacement or additional bookings.

Once the placement has been completed, all ongoing scheduling, payments, contractual arrangements and communication are managed directly between the family and the selected nanny. The ongoing childcare is therefore not booked, paid for, insured or managed through Susie's.

Additional hours outside the 10-hour Night Nanny package are charged at the applicable hourly rate.

Night Nanny packages are designed for a 10-hour overnight booking from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The appropriate package depends on the age of the youngest child requiring care.
