About me

Hello! My name is Katka and I am currently studying Pediatrics at medical school. I also practice at Motol Hospital, where I work daily with children of different ages and their families. This hands-on experience helps me understand not just health aspects, but also the emotional and developmental needs of kids.

I've been part of Susie's Babysitting for some time now. During that period, I've worked with many international families in Prague, mainly caring for children from 2 years upward, and I have also had experience with infants from about 9 months. All my families have given me positive feedback, praising my dedication, punctuality, and care.

As of Autumn 2025, I also work as an English instructor for very young children at the children's club Braníček, where I lead playful lessons focused on first words, songs, and language games.

My Experience with Children

Age groups: Primarily children aged 2 years and up; also some experience with younger infants starting at around 9 months.
Babysitting / ad-hoc care: I take ad-hoc babysitting assignments for families in Prague, especially in an international environment, always aiming for a personal and caring approach.
Event childcare: I have participated in several events organized by Susie's (e.g. at the Prague Congress Centre), where I supervised a group of toddlers. The feedback from parents and event organizers was always positive.
Medical / development insight: My pediatric studies and hospital practice give me deeper insight into child health, safety, and developmental needs.
