About Kateřina

Hello,
My name is Kateřina Hrdá and I am 19 years old. I have successfully completed my studies at a language high school, where I majored in English. I speak both Czech and English fluently, and I have also been learning Italian for a few years, although I currently know only the basics.
My lifelong goal is to help people. I have been accepted to the 2nd Faculty of Medicine at Charles University, where I will study Pediatric Nursing. I am already gaining valuable experience that will support me in my future profession. From communicating with young patients to handling various situations related to their upbringing and health.
Working with children is not only my passion but also the direction of my future career. I have experience babysitting children of different ages. From babies through toddlers up to preschoolers. Both in group settings and in one-on-one care. I also regularly work as a camp leader at children's camps, where I am responsible for the program, their safety, and overall comfort. This has taught me how to tailor activities to their age, interests, and individual needs, and how to create a supportive environment where they feel good and can grow.
In my work, I emphasize responsibility, empathy, and a personal approach to each child. I enjoy spending time with them actively – whether through outdoor games, walks, or sports. I believe that movement in the fresh air is essential for children, so I love to make our time together not only fun but also healthy and meaningful.
I look forward to new challenges and to spending wonderful moments with your children!
