How Childcare Works with Susie’s
We offer two options depending on how often you need childcare.
One-time Babysitting

Susie’s Membership

Susie’s Membership
For families who use childcare regularly – with better terms, priority booking and lower fees.
Basic
- +Individually agreed hourly nanny rate
- +Replacement nanny in case of illness (subject to availability)
- +Extra bookings for 149 CZK each (above the monthly package limit)
- +Liability insurance up to 10,000,000 CZK
Plus
- +Everything included in Basic
- +Priority handling of bookings and nanny matching
- +No last-minute booking fee (for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance)
- +15% discount on language classes and other programmes at our own kids club Braníček
VIP
- +Everything included in Plus
- +Priority access to newly available nannies
- +Direct priority support from Susie, including weekends (within daytime hours, approx. 8:00–20:00)
- +Monthly 1:1 online consultation with Susie (parenting support & guidance, value 600 CZK)

Third or fourth child

Optional: Specialised babysitter
An hourly surcharge applies if you request a senior-level babysitter, maternity nanny, or nanny with special needs training, etc, for your booking.

Susie's Last-minute Rush Fee
A rush one-time fee is charged for bookings made less than 24 hours before the start of the service.

Evening Taxifare contribution
Applicable if the babysitter is leaving your home after 22:00
Average cost around 200 - 300 Kč
Travel expenses for outside of Prague's city main area
Additional costs may be applicable to compensate for the babysitter's travel time and costs for locations which are further then 30 mins from the city centre.

If you have more children or you have two children younger than 3 years old, book two babysitters or contact us for individual pricing.
The minimum babysitting time is always at least 3 hours
