How Childcare Works with Susie’s
We offer two options depending on how often you need childcare.
Occasional Childcare (Pay-as-you-go)
- +Ideal if you need childcare only occasionally or one-off
- +No membership and no commitment
- +You pay a fixed hourly rate and a booking fee per reservation
Susie’s Care Membership
- +For families using childcare regularly
- +Better conditions, lower booking fees and an individually agreed hourly rate
- +Priority access and long-term support in finding the right nanny

No membership – ideal for one-off or occasional bookings.

Susie’s Care Membership
For families who need childcare regularly – with better terms and priority.

- +Extra bookings for 149 CZK / reservation
- +Liability insurance up to 10,000,000 CZK
Regular Care
- +Individually agreed hourly nanny rate
- +Priority booking and nanny selection
- +Replacement nanny if needed
- +Extra bookings for 149 CZK / reservation
- +Liability insurance up to 10,000,000 CZK
Ultimate Care
- +Unlimited number of bookings per month
- +Individually agreed hourly nanny rate
- +High priority booking
- +Possibility to work with multiple nannies
- +Ongoing support
- +Designed for part-time or temporary care. Not suitable for full-time long-term nanny placement.

An hourly surcharge applies if you request a senior-level babysitter, maternity nanny, or nanny with special needs training, etc, for your booking.

Susie's Last-minute Rush Fee
A rush one-time fee is charged for bookings made less than 24 hours before the start of the service.

Evening Taxifare contribution
Applicable if the babysitter is leaving your home after 22:00
Average cost around 200 - 300 Kč
Travel expenses for outside of Prague's city main area
Additional costs may be applicable to compensate for the babysitter's travel time and costs for locations which are further then 30 mins from the city centre.

Special rate for the whole night (21:00 - 07:00) if nanny has designated sleep area.

If you have more children or you have two children younger than 3 years old, book two babysitters or contact us for individual pricing.
The minimum babysitting time is always at least 3 hours
