About Paula 

Paula is one of our most senior and experienced nannies, who is also helping Susie with the hiring process of new nannies and babysitters for our team.

She does a great job interviewing our new babysitters thoroughly and ensuring she selects only the best ones. Paula is responsible for the personal  interviews when Susie isn't available, after which she has to give detailed feedback to Susie. 

She also offers occasional babysitting as our Senior Nanny, but her availability is limited only to evenings and Saturdays.

Hello parents,

my name is Paula and I am a responsible and professional woman, a mother of 3 girls, and now a grandmother to a 4y old boy, who is experienced with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers.

I have a great understanding of children, and their way of communicating and working, gentle but firm, patient and attentive, tolerant and dedicated but not submissive. I need to work as a team with the parents of the children I take care of, in a relationship of trust, fairness, and exchange.

I am a fluent English French Portuguese and Spanish speaker. I have lived in the Czech Republic for 20 years, but primarily within the international community and all of my children attended international schools. Before moving to the Czech I lived long time in Geneva, Switzerland, where I also worked as a nanny,

I am a confident driver (automatic car) and can use my car with a kid's seat and drive your children wherever needed around Prague. 

Based on what I heard from the families I work with, I am a great cook/pastry maker, I adapt to any type of meal preparation in place in the homes of the families I work for.
