How It Works:
1. Consultation:
We start with a personal meeting or call to understand your event's specifics and childcare needs.
Here, we'll listen to all your requirements, wishes, and event details – date, location, number of children, age groups, special needs, or your little guests' desires. Each event is unique to us, and we put maximum care and attention into its planning.
2. Customization:
Our team crafts a unique program filled with a variety of activities, ensuring children are entertained throughout your event.
At Susie's, we put our heads together and create a customized program for children to enjoy throughout the event. Both Susie and her colleagues are experts in the educational field, tailoring the program to different age categories.
This program includes a wide range of activities, from sports to educational and creative ones, including the use of Montessori materials. Our goal is for children to have fun, learn, and develop their abilities during their time in our mobile kindergarten. We believe that every moment can be an opportunity for learning and discovering new things, and we fully utilize the time we spend with children.
We take into account your space, your preferences, the age of the children, the thematic focus of your event, and, of course, your budget.
3. Execution:
We arrive with all necessary equipment to create a secure and inviting area for the children, managed by our professional caregivers.
The day before the event, we will arrive with our equipment (toys, tables, sports gear, indoor play structures, etc.).
We will set up everything in the designated areas, creating a safe and comfortable environment for your guests' children.
Throughout the event, our experienced nannies will take care of the children based on the planned program. If interested, we can send parents a few photos and messages during the day to let them know that their children are in good hands and to share their experiences.
